What: Change the world, one child at a time
Time Frame: March 1st - April 30th (specific week depending on the chapter)

How: Create a page, collect pledges, read books, and raise money
Why: Because you have the power to change someone’s life - $14 helps educate a child in rural areas of India for an entire year

I Made My Page, Now What Do I Do?
- Download the Read-a-Thon Toolkit.
- Get pledges online. Download a sample email you can send to people.
- Get your parents to help you get pledges. Download a sample letter for your parents and sponsors.
- Read lots of books!
- After the campaign period ends, collect the money from your sponsors (see the toolkit for help)!
