Pratham's Council for Vulnerable Children (PCVC) PCVC reaches out to children at risk, such as child laborers and street children. It runs drop-in centers and educational programs as well as residential camps for those children who have been recently rescued from bonded labor conditions. Key achievements in 2008-09  - 507 child laborers were rescued during the course of the year - Ten Pratham shelters are currently providing residential care and education for rescued child laborers who do not have homes to go to.
